High Grade Invisi-Gard Mesh
At the heart of every Invisi-Gard security screen and security door is the high tensile 316 marine grade stainless steel mesh which sets the world standard in terms of its quality, precision and longevity.
The stainless steel mesh used in Invisi-Gard products is provided by Meshtec, the global leader in the provision of high tensile stainless steel security screens.
Each strand of wire in every Invisi-Gard screen mesh is individually tested to stringent international standards.
Heavy Duty Extruded Aluminium Perimeter Frame
The class leading mesh is retained in a Heavy Duty Extruded Aluminium frame using the patented EGP (Extreme Grip Protection) retention system.
This unique design ensures maximum strength and durability through an assembly technique that avoids contact between the two dissimilar metals – a major cause of corrosion over time.
The EGP system, used only by Invisi-Gard, means the mesh is able to be locked into the frame without the use of screws or mechanical fixing, and ensures that Invisi-Gard retains its pristine appearance for many years with a minimum level of maintenance.
Independently tested to ensure it exceeds Australian Security Screen Standards
AS-5039-2008 and AS-5041-2003 are the Australian Standards for security screens.
The entire Invisi-Gard range has been put through tough conditions in independent testing facilities to ensure they don’t just meet, but exceed the Australian Standards.
Dynamic Impact Test
The patented EGP (Extreme Grip Protection) retention system allows screens to absorb over 10 times the impact energy required by Australian standards.
Jemmy Test
Invisi-Gard is tested to withstand jemmy attack from levers, such as large screwdrivers, used to apply large amount of torque to locks and hinges.
Knife Shear Test
Invisi-Gard successfully repels intruder attacks using utility knifes or similar bladed tools used by a burglar seeking entry into your home.
